Outarow Chhuong (AKA: O. Tom Chhuong) is an abstract expressionism artist living in the northern part of New Jersey. His artwork is mostly influenced by his love for nature, and his sporadic travels throughout the USA. His style is greatly guided by the artworks of masters such as Picasso & Braque’s cubism and Van Gogh & Monet’s impressionism.
Outarow believes that everyone is an artist at heart. He’s a self-taught and emerging Asian American artist, while having a strong emphasis on self-realization and its connection to the unknown and unseen elements in this world. Each artwork reflects the current circumstances of his life in the USA and his interpretation of trending events or lack thereof. He paints because it’s fun, uplifting, and relaxing.
